Payment;

• Payment must be made in full to secure your booking. 

Refunds;

• Bookings that do not identify that they are joining another group will not be allowed on site with no refund offered.

• 14 days or more before arrival – full refund can be issued.

• Less than 14 days before arrival date – 50% of your booking will be refunded or the option to transfer your stay to another date at the discretion of management.

• Less than 7 days notice – no refund due.

 

Group bookings:

• Group bookings may only be made by emailing byecrossfarmcampsite@gmail.com and cannot be made online.

• Bookings for single sex groups (e.g. hen or stag parties) are not accepted.
