Camping Refund Policy

14 days or more before arrival – full refund can be issued.

Less than 14 days before arrival date – 50% of your booking will be refunded or the option to transfer your stay to another date at the discretion of management. 

Less than 7 days – no refund due.

 

Yurt / Bell Tent Refund Policy

20 days or more before arrival – full refund can be issued.

Less than 20 days before arrival date – 50% of your booking will be refunded or the option to transfer your stay to another date at the discretion of management. 

Less than 10 days – no refund due.
