Payment will need to be paid 5 days from provisional booking confirmation. In the event
that this is not paid and you would like to still come, please get in touch to confirm this.

Bookings that do not identify that they are joining another group will not be allowed on
site with no refund offered.

 

14 days or more before arrival – full refund can be issued.

Less than 14 days before arrival date – 50% of your booking will be refunded or the option to transfer your stay to another date at the discretion of management.

Less than 7 days – no refund due.
